Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Focivo. By accessing or using Focivo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Focivo.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably current.

You retain ownership of the content you create in Focivo (for example tasks, notes, habits, and care routines).

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You agree not to:

• Use Focivo in a way that violates laws or another person's rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with app operation, security, or performance (including scraping or abusive automation).
• Use the service to distribute malware or harmful code.

Some features rely on third-party providers (for example Supabase, Google, Vercel). Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed for security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. You may stop using Focivo at any time.

Focivo is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Focivo from claims and losses arising out of your misuse of Focivo or violation of these Terms.

Unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
