1. Who we are

Focivo ("Focivo", "we", "our", "us") provides a personal daily planning app. If you have privacy questions, contact us at support@focivo.com.

Business location: United States.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to focivo.com, related mobile apps, and features that link to this policy.

3. Data we collect

  • Account and authentication data: email, auth user ID, and sign-in provider details (for example Google OAuth).
  • Planner data you create: tasks, focus sessions, habit entries, care routine entries, accomplishment notes, and settings.
  • Device and notification data: push token (FCM), device label, notification send/click timestamps, and related notification preferences.
  • Integration token data: API tokens you create for AI integrations or widgets, plus creation and last-used timestamps.
  • Technical and usage data: request logs, browser/device metadata, and privacy-preserving usage analytics via Vercel Analytics.

4. How we use data

  • Provide and secure your account and core app functionality.
  • Save and sync your planning data across sessions and supported devices.
  • Send reminders and operational notifications you enable.
  • Prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve reliability.
  • Understand product usage at an aggregate level.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

  • Contract: processing needed to provide your account and requested features.
  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvements, and operational analytics.
  • Consent: where required by law (for example optional push notifications or similar device permissions).
  • Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose data by law.

6. Processors and disclosures

We share data with service providers that process data on our behalf, including:

  • Supabase (authentication, database, backend infrastructure).
  • Vercel (hosting and web analytics).
  • Google services for OAuth login and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards such as contractual protections provided by our processors.

8. Retention

We retain personal data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and satisfy legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal data unless retention is legally required.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to authorized contexts.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

To submit a request, email support@focivo.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

You can also use in-app controls in Settings to download a data export and request account deletion.

EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

11. Children

Focivo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
